Brunson Averages 28.5 Points and 6.5 Assists Over Three Games
New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson has earned his second NBA Player of the Week award following a standout performance in three games from November 14-20.
Brunson led the Knicks to a 3-1 record during the week, averaging 28.5 points, 6.5 assists, and 5.8 rebounds. He shot 56.4% from the field, 40% from three-point range, and 87.5% from the free throw line.
Brunson's most impressive performance came in a 118-115 home victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Thursday, where he scored a playoff-record 47 points. He also recorded 13 rebounds and 12 assists.
Brunson's recent performances have helped the Knicks move to a 13-12 record on the season, good for sixth place in the Eastern Conference.
